Richi Sede is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate who holds a Master's Degree from Corban University. As an Afro-Latino from the Dominican Republic, Richi’s multicultural expertise greatly enhances his ability to effectively meet the distinct mental health needs of Afro-Latino and other marginalized communities. His fluency in both Spanish and English enables him to offer accessible, culturally sensitive care, ensuring that language does not hinder access to quality mental health services.

Richi has extensive experience working in both private and community-based settings, where he has served individuals, families, couples, and groups. His work in these diverse environments has honed his ability to address a wide range of mental health challenges, offering compassionate support and practical strategies to promote mental health and well-being across different life stages.

His counseling approach is strength-based, focusing on the inherent abilities and potential within each individual. Richi’s practice is grounded in person-centered principles, where empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine understanding are central to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and overcome their challenges.
