Eva Kim, LCSW
Eva received her Master’s degree from UCLA School of Social Welfare and is a licensed clinical social worker. She grew up in Mexico and lived in Guatemala and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Eva has extensive experience in community mental health and primary care settings, and she takes pride in working with clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Eva provides compassionate and unbiased counseling in a safe and confidential setting to children, adolescents, and adults who are suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, parenting issues, and traumas. Eva provides individual sessions using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brief Solution Focus (BSF), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Intervention (MI) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Through these methods, Eva empowers her clients to discover their own inner strengths and lead more fulfilling lives.
